„Where Do We Go From Here?“ ist ein 1917 veröffentlichtes Lied der Tin-Pan-Alley-Ära mit Text von Howard Johnson (1887–1941) und Musik von Percy Wenrich (1880–1952). Es wurde während des Ersten Weltkriegs als humorvoll-patriotischer Song populär.
Der Text erzählt von Paddy Mack, einem New Yorker Droschkenkutscher, dessen ständige Frage „Where do we go from here?“ zum Refrain des Liedes wird und später auch im militärischen Kontext erscheint.
Frank Sinatra sang den Song als Teil eines Medley: "Yankee Doodle Dandy / Red Sails In The Sunset/ Where Do We Go From Here?/ Three O' Clock In The Morning / Show Me The Way To Go Home" zusammen mit The Pied Pipers am 26.09.1945 in seiner Radiosendung "Songs By Sinatra".

"Where Do We Go From Here?" is a 1917 Tin Pan Alley song with lyrics by Howard Johnson (1887–1941) and music by Percy Wenrich (1880–1952). Popular during World War I as a humorous patriotic number, it follows Paddy Mack, a New York cab driver whose repeated question—“Where do we go from here?”—becomes the song’s refrain and later takes on a military resonance.
On September 26, 1945, Frank Sinatra, accompanied by The Pied Pipers, performed the song as part of a medley on his radio program Songs By Sinatra: "Yankee Doodle Dandy / Red Sails In The Sunset / Where Do We Go From Here? / Three O'Clock In The Morning / Show Me The Way To Go Home."
