„One-zy Two-zy (I Love You-zy)“ ist ein bekannter Novelty-Song (Scherzlied), der von Dave Franklin und Irving Taylor geschrieben wurde und 1946 ein großer Hit war. Das Lied nutzt eine pseudo-kindliche Sprache („Baby Talk“) als humoristisches Element in einem Liebeslied. Der Refrain lautet: „One-zy, two-zy, I love you-zy“.
Aufgrund seiner eingängigen und einfachen Struktur wirkt es oft wie ein Kinderlied, war aber tatsächlich Pop-Musik der 1940er Jahre. Frank Sinatra sang „One-zy Two-zy (I Love You-zy)“ am 13. Februar 1946 humorvoll zusammen mit Jack Carson und Norma Jean in der Radiosendung „The Jack Carson Show“. Diese Aufnahme ist heute auf Sammlungen wie „Sinatra and Friends“ zu hören und findet sich unter anderem im Box-Set „Sinatra and Friends: 60 Greatest Old Time Radio“.
Unabhängig von diesem Lied gibt es im englischsprachigen Raum diverse Abzählreime mit ähnlichem Klang („Onesie, twosie...“), die Kindern das Zählen beibringen, aber nicht mit dem Franklin-Song identisch sind.

“One-zy Two-zy (I Love You-zy)” is a well‑known novelty song written by Dave Franklin and Irving Taylor that became a major hit in 1946. The song uses pseudo‑childlike language—baby talk—as a humorous device in a love song; its refrain is “One‑zy, two‑zy, I love you‑zy.”
Because of its catchy, simple structure it often sounds like a children’s rhyme, but it was originally 1940s pop music. Frank Sinatra performed “One‑zy Two‑zy (I Love You‑zy)” on The Jack Carson Show on 13 February 1946, humorously alongside Jack Carson and Norma Jean. That radio performance appears on compilations such as Sinatra and Friends and is included in the box set Sinatra and Friends: 60 Greatest Old Time Radio.
Separately, there are English‑language counting rhymes with similar sounds (for example, “onesie, twosie…”) used to teach children to count; these are sonically related but not identical to the Franklin–Taylor song.
